Toucora lets you turn public YouTube videos into text, summaries, translations and exports. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features may change, and availability is not guaranteed.

- Do not use Toucora to break any law, or to infringe anyone’s rights.
- Do not attempt to overload, scrape, reverse-engineer or circumvent usage limits on the service.
- Do not use the service to reproduce copyrighted material beyond what the law allows (see “Your content” below).
- Automated and bulk access is subject to the limits shown in the product and to the developer API terms where applicable.
3. Your content and third-party material
You are responsible for the links you submit and for how you use the resulting output. Transcripts, captions and video content belong to their respective creators and rightsholders. Toucora provides the text for personal, editorial and research use; it does not grant you any rights in the underlying video. Quote and credit with care, and follow the source platform’s terms.
4. Intellectual property
The Toucora name, interface, design, mascot and software are ours and are protected by applicable law. You may not copy or redistribute them except as allowed by these terms or with our permission.
5. Disclaimers
Automatically generated transcripts and AI-assisted summaries, answers and translations can contain errors. Verify anything important against the source video before relying on it. We do not warrant that output is accurate, complete or fit for a particular purpose.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Toucora is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above will change, and continued use means you accept the new terms.
